About ArdaGo Driver: Для водителей
ArdaGo Driver is a working app for taxi drivers who work with ArdaGo taxi fleets. Orders, routes, meter, and earnings tracking are all in one app.
FEATURES
Real-time orders
Personalized offers from the dispatcher and a shared feed of available orders. The sound of a new order is audible even when the app is minimized, and a floating button over other apps allows you to respond to the offer with one tap.
Navigation
Route to the passenger and destination on the map, with voice prompts at turns. The route can also be opened in an external navigator.
Taximeter
Fare calculation according to the fleet rate: pickup, kilometers, and waiting minutes. The total amount and payment method are visible immediately after the trip.
Earnings and balance
Trip history, itemized details of each amount, balance by channel, and all charges and debits in a single list.
Dispatch communication
Walkie-talkie: voice messages between drivers and the fleet dispatcher. Support chat with the option to attach a photo or document.
Documents
Upload your driver's license, registration certificate, and other documents directly from the app; verification status is immediately visible.
Shifts and operating modes
On-line and standby mode, photo inspection of the vehicle, notifications about orders and changes.
WHO IS THE APP SUITABLE FOR?
ArdaGo Driver is only for drivers registered with one of the ArdaGo taxi fleets. An account is created by the fleet administrator; self-registration in the app is not possible. Login is completed using a phone number and a one-time code sent via SMS.
WHY ARE PERMISSIONS NEEDED?
Geolocation, including background mode, allows you to receive upcoming orders, plan a route, and share your location with passengers during the ride.
Microphone: for voice messages over the radio.
Camera and file access: for uploading documents and photo inspection.
Display over other apps: so you don't miss a new order.
