I was having a lot of trouble with the app. Turns out after talking to a smarter rep at Open Bank, I had to turn down my font size because it was interfering with the app. If you are having trouble with the app after setting up your account but can't log into the app, try turning down your font size. I was very worried about using this app, based on previous reviews, but so far I didn't have issues installing and accessing my account.
Installed and works fine. I read all the negative reviews, but I had no issues at all. I realize this is a first-time new installation, but I will update my review if I have any problems.
So far worked great for me on a Pixel 7a. Everything setup in less than 10 mins. Not sure if they fixed a few things or I got lucky with my phone. Will update if anything changes.

Opened an account on my computer. When it got to the add a trusted device section, I downloaded the app and signed in with the credentials I had used to create the account.
