Offload: brain dump to tasks

Talk for a minute. Get a tidy task list. That's the whole app.

Offload is for the voice notes graveyard — the "remind me to..." you muttered into your phone at 11pm and never listened back to. Open the app, talk for as long as it takes to get the thought out, and Offload transcribes it and sorts it into tasks, ideas, thoughts, feelings and decisions before you've put the phone down. No typing, no structure required going in — just say it.

WHY OFFLOAD

• Talk, don't organise — ramble for a minute the way you actually think. Offload does the sorting after, not before
• Get a tidy task list out — every dump comes back as a checklist you can tick off, not a wall of text you have to re-read
• Prefer typing? There's a text box on the same screen — the mic is never required
• Add to your calendar or share to any app — turn a task straight into a calendar event, or send your list to Reminders, Notes, WhatsApp, wherever it needs to live next
• A free monthly allowance, no account — open the app and start talking. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to sign in to
• Delete everything, any time — one button in Settings wipes every recording, transcript and task off your phone for good

WHAT'S INSIDE

Record or type a dump. It gets transcribed, then sorted into tasks, ideas, thoughts, feelings and decisions — five plain categories, not a folder tree you have to maintain. Tasks come with their own checkbox, plus a button to add them straight to your calendar or send the whole list somewhere else. Didn't like how something got sorted? Re-organise it, or edit it by hand. Stats show what's actually been on your mind lately, across every dump.

PRIVACY

Everything you record or type is stored on your phone — in local storage, not on a server — until you delete it yourself. To transcribe and sort a dump, the audio and transcript are sent transiently to Cloudflare Workers AI (and, if the smart-organising path is enabled, to Anthropic's Claude) to do that one job. Neither stores it afterwards and neither uses it to train models. The only things that touch a server on an ongoing basis are an anonymous monthly counter that stops the free allowance being abused — keyed to a random ID generated on your phone, not to you, expiring within 48 hours — and anonymous usage counts (which features get used, never what you said) that help fix the rough edges. Same random ID, and you can switch them off in Settings. No accounts, no ads, no third-party trackers. Full policy: https://offload-bo8.pages.dev/privacy

WHO IT'S FOR

Anyone whose thoughts move faster than their thumbs — walking, driving, lying awake at 3am, walking out of a meeting with four things to remember. If you've ever recorded a voice memo and never played it back, this is the app that does something with it before you've had the chance to forget.

Open it, talk, get your head back.
