Free usage level:
1000 words free for all new users. If your document exceeds this amount you may not be able to download the translated file until you have purchased an adequate amount of words.

Limitations:
- File names must be less than 45 characters
- File size must be less than 5mb for free users & 20mb for paid users (for larger files please contact us).

File security
Your files are stored for 7 days only on our secure servers & are not shared with a 3rd party. During automatic translation, the file is broken up into many segments. Whole files are not processed for automatic translation.
