Autoserve Driver App

Autoserve Driver Support is the official companion app for drivers on an Autoserve Guaranteed Maintenance, Service Plan, or Fleet plan.

Everything you need to manage your vehicle plan is in one place — book services, request repairs, get roadside help, and contact support, without digging through paperwork or hunting for phone numbers.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Book your annual service, MOT, or interim service through our network of 9,000+ approved UK garages
• Submit a Smart Repair request for scuffs, scratches, alloy wheel damage, or minor bodywork dents, with free quotations
• Request tyre replacements or puncture repairs through our partner network
• Get 24/7 breakdown assistance with UK-wide roadside support and recovery
• Report an accident and access claims management, courtesy vehicles, and legal support
• Submit warranty claims for mechanical or electrical faults
• Message our support team directly on WhatsApp, including sending photos of damage or faults
• Check billing history, raise invoice queries, or amend your direct debit
• Request a plan extension
• View your Driver Handbook for full plan details and FAQs
• Complete daily vehicle walkaround checks (fleet drivers)

WHY DRIVERS USE IT

Your plan's coverage isn't always obvious. Autoserve Driver Support puts the right action in front of you — book, submit, or call — instead of leaving you to work out what's covered and who to contact. Urgent issues like breakdowns and accidents are one tap from a call; non-urgent requests go straight to our support team with a clear response time.

This app is intended for existing Autoserve plan holders. You'll need your plan details to access driver support features.
