(Application Instructions)

1. Limited to natural persons of legal age (18 years or older) in the United States. Legal entities and agents are not eligible to open accounts at this time.

2. To facilitate compliance with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) for both our company and our clients,

if the client has the U.S. tax status defined by FATCA, please bring both identification documents to any of our branches for assistance with opening a general account.

3. The applicant must not be an existing customer of our company, and the maximum number of "digital deposit accounts" that a single customer can apply for is one.

4. Account Limit:

(1) The account must be opened through a deposit account opened in person at another bank by the contracting party. (2) For deposit accounts opened through the contracting party at other banks' counters, the transaction limits are as follows:

(2.1) Online banking/mobile banking APP/ATM transfers: Each account is limited to a maximum of NT$10,000 per transaction, a daily cumulative limit of NT$30,000, and a monthly cumulative limit of NT$50,000. These transfer methods are calculated cumulatively.

(2.2) Debit cards: Each account is limited to a maximum of NT$30,000 per transaction (NT$20,000 for interbank withdrawals), a daily cumulative limit of NT$100,000, and a monthly cumulative limit of NT$200,000.

(Preparation Required)

1. Smartphone (must be able to connect to and download apps and take photos)

2. ID card

3. Second identification document (National Health Insurance card or driver's license)

4. Deposit account opened through the contracting party at other banks' counters.

(Account Opening Process)
1. Agreement: Sign the agreement terms.
2. Identity Verification: Verify your identity using a deposit account opened at another bank branch.
3. Document and Selfie Upload: Upload photos of both sides of your ID card and a second ID (driver's license or National Health Insurance card), and upload a selfie.

4. Basic Information: Enter basic information (date of birth, mailing address, contact number, etc.).

5. Information Confirmation: Confirm that the above steps complete the application; our company will then review the application.

(Important Notes)
1. Legal liability will be incurred if the account is used illegally.

2. When applying to open this account, ensure a secure internet connection; avoid using the account in unfamiliar environments or on public computers. 3. Applicants may download the account opening agreement and the terms and conditions of the "Digital Deposit Account" from our official website (WWW.CH6C.COM.TW) at any time.

4. Completing the online account opening application does not guarantee account opening; we reserve the right to verify account eligibility.
