VDC is a digital space dedicated to female well-being created by Valeria De Chiara. Twenty years of study and research between New York, Barcelona and Rome have led her to develop a revolutionary vision that combines pilates and postural science. With the VDC method, each woman creates her own training path by freely combining pilates, total body, postural gymnastics and stretching. The profound knowledge of female biotypes and attention to posture guide this unique experience, supported by a community of women who share the same journey towards wellbeing.
