Queen Warriors lets you train LIVE and get real results from the comfort of your own home with celebrity trainer Fabiana Ferrarini. Queen Warriors has been designed so you can get these workouts from anywhere, any time. All you need is your phone - no other equipment is needed!

There are 3 live workouts a week every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7.30 pm EST. If you can’t make the lives, the replay will be available all week for you to join whenever you have the time.

If you’re wanting to workout in the gym, we provide supplement gym workouts every month in addition to the live at home workouts 100% free!
