Kumandan: IPTV Player M3U

Kumandan is a clean, fast IPTV player for your own M3U or Xtream Codes playlist. It is built for the remote on Android TV and Google TV, and works on your phone and tablet too.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This app PROVIDES NO channels, movies, or streaming content. The app arrives empty. To watch anything you must add your own M3U link, Xtream Codes account, or playlist file.

▶ START IN 3 STEPS
1. Paste your playlist link or pick your file
2. Kumandan detects the format automatically
3. Start watching

✦ WHY KUMANDAN?

• FREE — Version 1.0 is completely free. No subscription.
• NO ADS — No advertising, no tracking, no viewing history collected.
• FAST — Even IPTV playlists with tens of thousands of channels open instantly.
• STAYS ON AIR — If a live stream stalls, Kumandan notices and reconnects on its own instead of leaving you on a frozen picture.
• ORGANISED — Country and category tree; find what you want in seconds. The channels you watch most move to the top of their category.
• SMART GROUPING — HD/FHD/4K copies of the same channel collapse into one row. The highest quality your device can decode is selected automatically.
• EVERY CHANNEL HAS AN ICON — Channels without a logo get one generated.
• LOCKED PICTURE — The video size never jumps when you change channels.
• BUILT FOR THE REMOTE — Every screen is reachable with the D-pad on Android TV and Google TV; on phones and tablets everything is touch-first.
• TURKISH-AWARE SEARCH — Upper and lower case and the İ/ı difference are handled correctly.
• MULTILINGUAL — Full English and Turkish, more languages coming.

✦ SETTINGS THAT MATTER ON A TV
• Buffer profile — Low latency, Balanced, or Weak network, for homes where the Wi-Fi is not perfect.
• Picture size — Fit, Zoom, or Stretch.
• Hide adult categories — on by default.

✦ SUPPORTED FORMATS
• M3U / M3U8 playlist link
• Xtream Codes account (server + username + password)
• Playlist file on your device

✦ WORKS ON
Android TV and Google TV devices, TV boxes and TV sticks, plus Android phones and tablets. Live TV and radio streams from your own IPTV playlist.

✦ PRIVACY
Your playlist details and credentials are stored only on your device, encrypted. They are never sent anywhere else. Kumandan collects no viewing history.

Kumandan is an IPTV player, not a content service. What you watch depends entirely on the playlist you bring.
