Hessati: Attendance & Fees

Hessati is an offline attendance and payment tracker built for private tutors and small-class teachers who are done doing this on paper.

Stop flipping through a notebook to remember who showed up and who still owes you. Hessati keeps every group, every student, and every session in one place, and tells you, instantly, who owes what.

WHY TEACHERS USE HESSATI

- Organize by groups. Create a group for each class or course and add students in seconds.
- Take attendance in one tap. Open a session, mark each student present or absent. "Mark all present" handles the common case instantly.
- Always know who owes you. Every attended session adds to a student's balance. Confirm a payment and the balance clears automatically.
- Get flagged before it becomes a problem. Set a session threshold in Settings and get notified the moment a student crosses it.
- Full history, per student. Attendance and payment history side by side, so corrections are a 10-second lookup, not a guessing game.
- Search across every class. Find any student instantly from the All Students screen, no matter which group they're in.
- Try it free for 30 days. Then continue with an access code from your Hessati provider — no Play Store subscription, no recurring card charges.
- Your data stays yours. Hessati works fully offline. No account, no cloud sync, no ads. Nothing leaves your device unless you export it.
- Back up on your terms. Export a full backup and restore it on a new device, or export a CSV/Excel spreadsheet of every student's complete history.
- Teach in your language, in the theme you like. Fully localized in English, French, and Arabic, with right-to-left layout support, and switch between light and dark theme anytime in Settings.

WHO IT'S FOR

Built for the solo tutor or small private-course teacher juggling multiple groups, not a school administrator managing hundreds of accounts. No multi-user login, no parent portal, no built-in payment gateway: just a fast, private, offline way to know who attended and who still owes you.
