Digital Public Service and Local Administration System (Digital DLA or DD)
The Department of Local Administration, Ministry of Interior, has developed a digital public service and local administration system using the application name Local DD (Digital DLA or DD) to facilitate people in requesting various services from local administrative organizations to increase the efficiency of public service and administration of local administrative organizations through online platforms, providing local administrative organizations with a channel to inform news and public relations to the public that is the same standard. There are the following main service systems:
(1) One-stop service management system, consisting of complaints/grievances, requests for assistance regarding natural resources and the environment, public health, society and public welfare, and other matters.
(2) Permit request system, consisting of requests for construction permits Issue certificates and notification of food sales or storage locations
(3) Tax payment system and various service fees, including payment of garbage fees, wastewater treatment fees and various taxes
(4) Welfare system, including elderly living allowance
(5) 24-hour SOS emergency notification system, including calling officers, fire trucks, foundations/rescues, ambulances and disasters such as floods, forest fires, smog
(6) Public address system, including live audio broadcasts via YouTube Channel and Facebook Fan page
(7) Queue booking system, as utilized by local administrative organizations
(8) CCTV online image request system (only where permitted by local administrative organizations)
(9) Satisfaction assessment system
