Telstra Health’s CareKeeper app is designed to set your carers free from desk-based computer activity and enable true point of care access to resident information and data entry via a mobile phone.
The app creates a workflow of care activities that need to be completed throughout the day, providing care staff with an easy-to-follow list to work though and helping prevent missed tasks. A user-friendly interface for a large array of charts makes documentation fast and paperless, while access to the resident record ensures important data is within easy reach at all times.
CareKeeper also allows the management team to clearly understand how care is being delivered to residents, which helps ensure the model of care is being effectively and efficiently implemented.
The CareKeeper app operates seamlessly with Telstra Health’s Clinical Manager software, ensuring information is kept in sync for one source of truth. Providers also benefit from the ability to operate the app offline in facilities with limited WIFI connectivity.
