Spotter – Precision Shooting

Photograph your target: Spotter detects the hits, measures the grouping and computes your turret corrections. Add a full ballistic solver, your Bluetooth devices and a logbook that tracks your progress. No account, no ads: your data stays on your phone.

🎯 TARGET ANALYSIS
• Camera or gallery, perspective correction, scale calibration.
• On-device AI hit detection, fingertip editing, several series on one target.
• Grouping in cm, MOA or MRAD, mean radius, standard deviation, CEP50, R95, hit probability.
• Turret corrections in clicks, from your rifle and ammunition profile.
• Estimated ISSF score (50 m rifle, 25/50 m pistol, 10 m air pistol).
• Report to share as an image or a video clip.

📐 BALLISTICS
• G1/G7 point-mass solver: wind, look angle, spin drift, Coriolis, full atmosphere.
• Miller stability factor (Sg) computed live, powder temperature sensitivity.
• Trajectory chart, dynamic DOPE table, PDF export.
• Online weather aligned with the compass: wind direction is derived from your shot azimuth.
• Calibration on your real measurements (true-up) and transfer of the offset measured on target to your zero.
• Manufacturer ammunition catalog: Lapua, Eley, RWS, Norma, Federal, Hornady, Winchester, Sellier & Bellot, Geco, PPU, SK, Fiocchi, CCI, GGG, Magtech.
• Your units: m/s or fps, metric or imperial, MOA or MRAD.

📡 BLUETOOTH DEVICES
• Garmin Xero chronograph: the velocity of each shot becomes the V0 of your profile, energy calculated.
• Kestrel 5700 weather meter: temperature, pressure, humidity and wind measured at the firing point, fed into the solver.
• SG Pulse sensor: aim stability, cant, live-fire and dry-fire shot detection.
• SG timers (Shooters Global): time of each shot and splits.
• Blaze motion sensor: aiming trace, recoil peak, shot break analysis.

⏱ SHOT ANALYSIS & TIMER
• Session summary: score per shot, dominant fault and advice to fix it.
• Timer session with no hardware: shot detection through the microphone, calibrated to your range’s noise.
• Dry fire, drills and progress tracking.

🗺 MAP RANGEFINDING
• Straight-line distance, azimuth and elevation difference to your target from the map, sent to the solver.

📓 TRACK
• Rifle and ammunition profiles, session logbook, full history.
• Grouping and stability trends over time, records, shareable “My week” summary.
• Maintenance: barrel count, cleaning reminders, barrel life.
• Backup and restore of your data.

🔒 PRIVACY
• No account, no ads, no tracking, no Spotter server.
• Everything is computed on your phone. Only the map and the weather use your location, and only when you ask.
