About ICO Calculator

The aim of this calculator is to offer a bedside resource for all physicians involved into the clinical care of oncological and hematological patients. The number of prognostic scores or medical calculators required during the daily medical activity is constantly increasing. For example, it is important to facilitate the scoring of acute complication such as cytokine release syndrome or neurotoxicity. Grading scores of cytokine release syndrome, immune effector cells neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) and Immune Effector Cell-associated Encephalopathy (ICE) of the American Society for Transplantation and Cellular Therapy are available here. Also, suggested therapies related to the severity of the symptoms are reported. Thanks to this calculator, physicians and nurses will have a bedside tool to perform real-time assessments of oncological patients receiving immunotherapies.
