Hilo: meeting notes & AI agent

Hilo is your personal AI agent. You probably already talk to it on WhatsApp. This app is its companion: the same Hilo, with the same memory, for when you want to see things properly and in order.

WhatsApp for the quick things. The app for everything else.

HILO NOTES: MEETINGS THAT TURN INTO NOTES
• Record an in-person meeting from your phone, or send Hilo to your Google Meet, Zoom or Teams call with the link or from your calendar.
• Hilo writes the recap, the decisions and the tasks, with owner and due date.
• Every point links to the exact moment in the audio where it was said.
• Rename speakers and play back the recording whenever you need it.
• Share the notes with one link: a page with the recap, transcript and audio. No account needed to open it.

ANSWERS THAT READ LIKE A DOCUMENT
• Tables, lists, bold text and links, properly formatted.
• An itinerary, a quote review or a plan reads at a glance, not as a wall of text.

SIPCAST: LISTEN ON THE WAY
• Ask Hilo for a Sipcast and it drops it in the chat: a short audio show about whatever you need.
• In-chat player with 15-second skips and speed control.
• Reading mode with a synced transcript.
• Keeps playing in the background, with controls in your notifications.

A THREAD FOR EVERY TOPIC
• Start a conversation for each project: a trip, the home renovation, work.
• Each one keeps its own context. Hilo gives it a title.
• Your WhatsApp conversation with Hilo shows up as one more, so you can read it properly. To reply there, jump back to WhatsApp in one tap.

FILES, PHOTOS AND VOICE
• Send photos, documents and voice notes. Hilo reads them and gets to work.
• Reminders and replies reach you as notifications.

GETTING STARTED
You need a Hilo account. Create one at hilo.cx. Then sign in to the app with the same account, or scan the code from your hilo.cx dashboard.
