Utförar App

Performer App is a service for relaying alarm cases within the Digital Alarm Chain for Ordinary Residents.
Security alarms are answered and handled by an alarm operator at Tunstall's Security Center who makes an initial assessment of the alarm. If the alarm operator judges that personnel need to take action or go out on site, the operator creates an alarm case. The alarm case is forwarded to the staff in the business based on the telephone numbers specified in the alarm plan.
