About Smarri – matbudget & veckomeny
Set a weekly budget. Smarri does the rest: the week's menu, the recipes and the shopping list - calculated on whole packages, just like it is at the checkout.
No mental counting at the refrigerator counter. Fewer half-full jars dying in the fridge. Only food you want to eat, within the limits you have set.
How it works
• Enter the weekly budget, how many of you are (adults and children), days and meals.
• Choose your diet, allergies and things you don't eat.
• Say what you want to aim for this week: cheapest possible, fast food, minimize waste, family-friendly and more.
• Smarri arranges the menu so that dishes are happy to share packages - less is left over and the kronor lasts longer.
• Not in the mood for a dish? Replace it with a tap.
The shopping list that knows how much things cost
• Each line is a whole package with its price, so the total is like a receipt - not a gram calculation.
• Sorted by store departments – check off even without a cover.
• Done with the action? What's left over goes into the pantry and is counted in next week.
Honest about prices
At Willys, Hemköp and Coop, the prices are based on the chains' own prices for most items, at Lidl for the basics – collected every week, plus the week's extra prices in the stores you have chosen. If a raw material is significantly reduced, Fyndkocken can build one of the week's dishes around it. At ICA, each retailer sets its own prices; there, and where a price is missing, Smarri shows an estimate marked "ca". The store's price at the checkout applies.
The pantry is counted
• Add what you have at home, with quantity. The plan only buys what is missing: rice at home gets a smaller bag or none at all.
• Scan the barcode to add an item or check off what you have bought.
• See what the pantry and extra prices take away from this week's basket.
• Save the evening: dishes you can cook with what you already have, or that are only one or two items away.
Recipes you actually want to eat
• Over 200 recipes - Swedish favorites, quick everyday dishes and lunch boxes, with nutritional values from the Swedish Food Agency.
• Cook step by step with large text and a built-in timer.
• Your own recipes: enter your family's favorites or import from a link - you can review everything before saving.
The whole household
• Invite others with a link. You'll see the same shopping list and who has checked off what.
• Backup to the account - change phones without starting over.
• Reminders when it's time to plan and shop.
The account is free and only needed for households and backup.
AI reading (Beta)
Unknown product? Take a photo of the nutritional table or plate and AI will suggest the values. These are estimates – always read the packaging in case of allergies.

Free includes one new week per calendar week, three dish swaps per week, prices and extra prices in two stores and five own recipes. Plus adds:
• Unlimited new weeks and swaps
• Swap all dishes of one type at once
• Prices and extra prices in up to 10 stores
• Unlimited own and imported recipes
• Lunch box mode – cook once, eat all week
• Compare stores – see where the week will be cheapest
• Cheaper week – concrete swap suggestions and how much they save
• Protein selection – chicken, ground beef, fish and more
• Gymzone (Beta) – training mode with bulk or deff, today's macros, weight curve and progress pictures.
Price and terms
Smarri Plus costs 49 SEK/month or 349 SEK/year incl. VAT; the price shown in Google Play applies. If you have not had Smarri Plus before, a 1-week free trial period is included. You start it yourself by choosing a plan, and payment is deducted from your Google Play account when the trial period ends - if you cancel at least 24 hours before, no money will be deducted. The subscription is automatically renewed at the same price and period until you cancel it, at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage and cancel in Google Play → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
