Show a Libre user's latest glucose reading on a watch with Wear OS
A standalone app for Wear OS watches, e.g. Samsung Galaxy Watch 4. Shows the latest glucose reading for a Libre user, with level color and trend arrow. Updated every minute.
Nothing needs to be installed on your mobile. No settings or configuration on the watch. The first time you run the app, you must enter your email and Libre password, that’s all. You only have to do this once – the app will remember them.
You can use the on-screen keyboard for this. If you find that difficult, due to the very small size of the keyboard, you can enter them one character at a time, like this:
Watch the left button below the input field as you turn the rotating bezel (physical or virtual depending on watch model). The character on the button will change from a to b to c to d etc. When the desired character is on the button, tap it, and the character will jump into the input field. To enter upper case characters, first tap the middle button (A) above the input field. To enter special characters and digits, tap the right button (@) above the input field.
The app fetches the glucose readings from a server over the Internet, not directly from the sensor. Therefore, the app should not be used for treatment decisions or dosing decisions.
