StroyTech24 is a working app for a renovation and construction company. It tracks the entire project process: application, measurements, estimates, contracts, work stages, customer payments, and delivery. The supervisor, manager, estimator, foreman, and foreman all work in the same system, and everyone sees only what they need.

SALES
• Deal funnel: from a new application to a signed contract.
• Applications from the website immediately become deals, and the person responsible receives a notification.
• Clients and deals with history: comments, tasks, and documents.
• Daily plan: who to call, who to meet with, and what's overdue.

ESTIMATES
• Draw a room or enter its dimensions—the floor area, wall area, and perimeter will be calculated automatically.
• Work is taken from your directory, and volumes are taken from the room dimensions.
• The customer's total, the foreman's total, and the margin are immediately visible.
• The commercial proposal, contract, and certificate are compiled from the estimate. The document can be printed or saved as PDF.

SITES AND PRODUCTION
• Work stages with deadlines and teams, Gantt chart.
• Tasks, measurements, materials, and calendar for each site.
• The foreman marks the stage as completed, and the site manager accepts the work.
• Scenarios automatically set tasks—for example, when a stage deadline has passed.

CHAT AND SITE PHOTOS
• Internal team chat for each site. The client does not see it.
• The foreman takes photos of the work on his phone: the photos are added to the feed and to the photo report by stage and day.
• A notification about a new message is sent.

MONEY
• Client payment schedule: what has been received, what is pending, what is overdue.
• Invoices to the client and foremen, accruals and payments to contractors.
• Cash register and cash flow, profit for each site.

ANALYTICS FOR THE MANAGER
• How much money is expected and by what date, what has arrived during the period.
• Production, margins by objects and performers, sales funnel.

ROLES AND ACCESS
• Owner, manager, estimator, accountant, foreman, and foreman—each role has its own sections.
• "Members Only" mode: the employee sees their own transactions and objects.
• The foreman sees their stages and estimate, while the customer's amounts and margin are hidden.

WHAT THE APP CAN DO
• Notifications about new requests, assigned tasks and activities, and object-related messages. Tapping opens the desired screen.
• Camera and gallery: photos and files are attached to an object, deal, or estimate.
• Documents and downloads can be saved to the device or sent via "Share."
• Login information is stored in the device's secure storage.

To work, you need a company account in the StroyTech24 service. You can create a company space directly in the app; the owner adds employees and assigns them roles.
