Send requests to the Management Company to call experts (plumber, electrician or other specialist) and set a time for the visit.

Pay all service bills and utility bills from your phone.

Stay up to date with news from your home.

Enter DHW and cold water meter readings and view statistics.

Order additional services (ordering passes, house cleaning, water delivery, equipment repair, property insurance, replacement and verification of water meters).

Communicate with the dispatcher at any time.
