E2 scan is a simple and secure mobile application intended for users of accounting agencies who want to quickly and efficiently submit data from fiscal accounts.
The application allows scanning the QR code from the fiscal account issued in the Republic of Serbia and automatically sending the data to the electronic portal for the exchange of accounting documentation "E2 records". In this way, it facilitates the transfer of the necessary information, speeds up records and eliminates the need to send invoices by e-mail or physically.

Why use E2 scan?

How does it work?
1. Log in using the username and password you received from your accounting agency.
2. Scan the QR code from the fiscal account using the phone's camera.
3. The application automatically recognizes the data and sends it directly to the portal of your accounting agency.
4. After sending, the data is deleted from the device - nothing is stored locally.
Technical requirements:
• An active Internet connection is necessary to send data.
• Permission is required to use the camera.
Note:
The application can only be used by clients who have user accounts to access the portal of the accounting agency. If you have not yet received your access data or have no saved access data, please contact the E2 Records Portal Administrator.
