Digital CITI simplifies the way residents interact with their local government.

The application offers citizens a modern digital tool to quickly report community problems and track their resolution, directly from their phone.

Through a friendly and easy-to-use interface, Digital CITI allows you to send notifications to the responsible departments within the city hall, depending on the chosen category:
* Sanitation: reporting problems related to waste collection or the cleanliness of public spaces;
* Streets and Traffic: reporting potholes, damaged traffic signs or blockages;
* Parks and Urban Furniture: reporting malfunctions in benches, lighting or green spaces;
* Social Assistance: communicating situations that require support from social services;
* Construction and Commerce: reporting unauthorized works or commercial irregularities;
* Snow Removal: informing about uncleaned areas or delayed interventions;
* Other Notification: for problems that do not fall into the categories above.

Each notification goes directly to the appropriate department within the city hall, and users can follow its status in real time – from registration, to receipt and to resolution.

The application also allows interactive dialogue between the citizen and the designated official, for clarifications and updates on the evolution of the case.

Digital CITI encourages the active involvement of residents in improving community life and contributes to the more efficient management of urban problems.
