Collecte Réclamations

Application used to verify that the waste collection has been carried out correctly, allows the creation of complaints in the opposite case (non-collection, bin swallowed, etc.) and the declaration of events.

The application verifies that there is indeed a collection scheduled for the given day and that the truck has passed before it can enter a claim.

Complaints and events sent can be tracked and regulated through the online software.
