WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN THE APP

• Simulated exams with a timer and the structure of the theoretical exam: 40 questions for A1/A3, 30 for A2 and 40 for STS, with a passing grade of 75%.

WHICH EXAM ARE YOU PREPARING FOR?

• A1/A3 Exam (Open Category): online, on the ANAC website, with 40 questions; you need 75% (30 correct answers). It's the basis of the drone license: without it you cannot take the A2 or the STS exams.

• A2 Exam (Open Category): in-person, with 30 questions, to fly a C2 class drone closer to people.

• STS-01 and STS-02 (Specific Category): in-person, with 40 questions on Standard Scenarios.

TOPICS YOU WILL STUDY
European drone regulations (EU 2019/947 and 2019/945), airspace and geozones, meteorology, flight performance, human factors, operational procedures, mitigations, privacy, insurance and safety.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
• What is a “drone license”? It's the name many give to a drone pilot's license: the A1/A3 completion exam and the A2 and STS certificates, issued by ANAC.

• How do I get a drone license? The A1/A3 exam is taken online, on the ANAC platform, immediately after the course; the A2 and STS exams are in person, at ANAC.

• How long is it valid for? 5 years, throughout the EU. To renew, you retake the course and the exam on the ANAC platform.

• Do I need to create an account? No. You can create an account whenever you want to save your progress, even if you change your phone.
