About Chappie - Speak Better English

Speaking a new language is the part that makes people freeze. You know the words. You have done the grammar. But the moment someone is waiting for you to answer, it all disappears.

Chappie is somewhere to practise that moment, out loud, as often as you like. You talk the way you would talk to a person, answer questions, tell stories, think out loud, and Chappie listens to what you actually said and replies. No scripts, no multiple choice.

After each thing you say, it shows you what worked and offers a better way to phrase it when there is one. If you get stuck, tap for a hint or a translation. Nobody is timing you.

Practise the conversations that matter to you, whether that is everyday chat, speaking up at work, talking with family abroad, a job interview, or a meeting you have been dreading. At the end of each session you will see what you did well and what to work on next.

The goal is not perfect English. It is being willing to open your mouth and try. Practise here, and the real conversation gets easier.
