AllSeek

AllSeek is an application for access control and attendance at checkpoints – for gatehouses, warehouses, industrial halls, offices, and events.

WORKS FULLY OFFLINE
No cloud data. In AllSeek, the user database, access history, photos, and configuration are stored locally on the device's SD card, fully encrypted. The application works independently of internet access.

CHECKPOINT OPERATION
- Operator login with a 6-digit code, with a permanent lockout after unsuccessful attempts.
- Barcode scanning – automatic detection of a hardware scanner (HID) or scanning with the device's camera.
- Selection of the ENTRANCE/EXIT direction with immediate, color results on the screen.
- Anti-passback protection – the system ensures the same user's direction of entry.
- Photos of individuals are saved upon first entry, facilitating recognition during subsequent passes.

MEETING MODE
Separate attendance list for a specific event or training, independent of regular zone control – with meeting logs and attendance list export to XLSX.

SECURITY CERTIFICATES
Option to require a valid certificate (e.g., health and safety training) for entry to the premises – in lockdown or warning-only mode.

EVACUATION MODE
Quick attendance roll call without logging in or scanning codes, in case of an emergency.

ADMINISTRATION PANEL
- Import of a list of people and access rules from an XLSX file.
- Management of operator and administrator codes, with two levels of authorization.
- Reports with entry/exit history and export to XLSX.

SECURITY
- Encrypted database and photos (AES).
- Encryption key recovery code, displayed once upon first launch.

- Permanent login blocking after a series of incorrect attempts, regardless of the operator or administrator.

AllSeek does not require a permanent internet connection or external servers – all data remains under the organization's control, on its own hardware. More information: allseek.pl
