About OPTY Tabele
OPTY Tables is an app that facilitates the creation of optimal diets according to Dr. Jan Kwaśniewski.
The app is a mobile version of the publication "Practical Nutrition Tables for Optimal People" https://optymalni-poznan.pl/przepisy-kulinarne-optymalne/praktyczne-tabele-wartosci-odzywczych-nowa-wersja/, which has been popular in print for years.
Successive print editions have helped Optimal Nutrition enthusiasts over the years. The app brings the same data into a convenient, everyday format on your smartphone.
Currently, the app allows you to view a table of BTW values (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) for the most popular foods used in Optimal Nutrition.

WHAT THE APP DOES
App Features:
- allows you to search for products by name,
- displays information on the BTW values for products,
- automatically updates the product database.
HOW TO USE
Using the app is very simple. In the search field at the top of the screen, enter the product you're looking for. Products with names matching the text you entered will be displayed in the list below.
To make searching easier, some products have other popular names assigned that aren't displayed on the screen but are included in the search.
The following information is displayed below the product name:
- the household measurement, e.g., tablespoon, handful (if applicable),
- the weight in grams of this household measurement or per 100g.
- the BTW values (protein, fat, carbohydrates).
The app can work without an internet connection.
PRODUCT UPDATES
We occasionally update our product database. In this case, a message may appear after launching the application. After accepting the message, the current product database will be downloaded.
An internet connection is required to update the product database.
