mCoaching

mCoaching is an application that is an integral part of the ecosystem for developing competencies based on real-life recordings of business conversations. Together with the panel, it creates a system: record 1:1 conversations and conduct self-assessments based on your organization's competency system. In the next step, a professional coach will remotely evaluate and describe your conversation. Develop quickly and effectively – with the mCoaching application, you don't have to wait for a development conversation – you receive ongoing feedback on your work... almost immediately!
