About EOS Companion

EOS Companion is the official read-only mobile companion to the EOS Banquet ERP. It gives banquet-hall operators, managers, and finance staff secure on-the-go access to the same booking, quotation, finance, and notification data they manage from the EOS web ERP — without requiring a browser or a desktop.

This app is a private B2B tool. You need an existing EOS workspace and a staff account created by your administrator in the EOS web ERP. The app does not allow self-registration.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Bookings — Browse upcoming and past events with filters, search, and infinite scroll. Open any booking for the full schedule, client, and event details.
• Quotations — Review issued quotations with line items, totals, and current status.
• Calendar — Month view of every confirmed event, in Pakistan Standard Time, with quick navigation to the underlying booking.
• Notifications — A live in-app feed of operational alerts. Tap a row to deep-link to the relevant record.
• Stats — Toggle between bookings and quotations, pick any date range, and view trends as line charts.
• Finance — Cash slips, daily and monthly sheets, and vouchers, all read-only.
• Smart event reminders — A lock-screen-safe push the day before each event. The notification body never contains client names, amounts, or other PII; you must unlock and open the app to see details.
• Account control — Manage push permissions, sign out, and delete your account at any time. Account deletion is honoured both inside the app and through a public web form.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

• Data is fetched live from your workspace over TLS. Nothing is cached on disk beyond what is needed for the current session.
• Authentication uses short-lived access tokens (10 minutes) and rotating refresh tokens, stored only in the device’s hardware-backed Keychain or Keystore.
• Each tenant workspace is isolated at the database level on the server side.
• Push notification bodies are intentionally generic so business information is never visible on a locked screen.
• No advertising SDKs, no tracking, no analytics outside basic crash and usage diagnostics.
• Account deletion is real: requesting it deactivates your account immediately, revokes every active session, and a backend purge job hard-deletes the underlying records 30 days later. The same flow is also available without the app at https://xenithpulse.com/account-deletion.

• An active EOS workspace and credentials issued to you by your administrator.
• Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later.
• Internet access (TLS).
