About Children's Healthy Home

The Children’s Healthy Home Environment app is designed to support community health workers (CHW) in the field as they engage families in conversations around creating healthier homes. During home visits, CHWs can use the app to identify lead and asthma hazards around the home and generate recommendations for reducing harmful exposures. At the end of the visit, the app generates a personalized report with a list of tips and emails the report to the family.
