About Quest Forward Tanzania

Quest Forward Tanzania is the official learning app for students and mentors in Quest Forward Schools across Tanzania. It provides access to Opportunity Education Foundation Tanzania’s digital curriculum, fully approved by the Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE).

The curriculum covers all secondary subjects and forms, organized into subjects, quests, and topic tests aligned to Tanzania’s National Syllabus. Quests are active learning experiences designed by curriculum experts to engage students, deepen understanding, and encourage ownership of learning in and beyond the classroom.

Built around Opportunity Education Tanzania’s values, quests promote critical thinking, real-world application of knowledge, and active participation. Mentors use Quest Forward Tanzania to plan lessons, guide instruction, and support student progress, while students build the habits, skills, and confidence needed for success in school and life.

Quest Forward Tanzania is designed for low-connectivity environments, allowing curriculum access fully offline or through a local classroom server. The app combines high-quality curriculum, effective instruction, and engaging learning strategies to help overcome learning barriers across Tanzania.
