Kova: Support & Wellbeing

Kova is a psychoeducation and self-guided wellbeing companion built for people living through armed conflict, humanitarian crisis, or other difficult situations. No account or sign-up is required — everything works anonymously, and your journal entries stay on your device.

Kova is organized around six focus areas: Control (regaining a sense of agency), Burnout recognition and recovery, Mental Health education, Connectivity (staying linked to real support), a private Journal, and Meaning. Each module offers short, practical guidance grounded in psychoeducational sources like the World Health Organization.

Beyond the modules, Kova includes a searchable directory of crisis hotlines and support organizations by country, educational articles on wellbeing topics, and a daily reflection. The app adapts its guidance based on a short introductory questionnaire about your situation.

Kova is available in 7 languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Ukrainian, and Russian.

An optional Premium subscription unlocks structured weekly and monthly activity plans for each module; everything else in Kova is free.

Kova is a psychoeducation and self-help tool, not a substitute for professional mental health care or emergency services.
