With wisdom and advice from over 30 different beloved recovery mainstays like ‘Twenty-Four Hours a Day,’ ‘Codependent No More,’ ‘Each Day a New Beginning,’ and others, you’ll receive a different message each day to carry with you wherever you go. Readings in the app address topics such as staying sober, codependency, shame, the Twelve Steps, relapse, and mental health.
