The CommCare Reminders Application works by periodically fetching "commcare-reminder" cases from the associated CommCare application. These cases are used to populate a list of reminders within the CommCare Reminders Application. The CommCare Reminders Application lists all of the reminders from CommCare and notifies the user of the same through a push notification.
