Bostad och Hyra

Bostad och Hyra is an app for residents of a Swedish housing cooperative (BRF).

The app has three tabs:

Laundry (Tvättstuga)
The board is titled “Vem har rummet?”. Each slot is free (Ledig) or booked to an apartment. Tap Boka to take a free slot. You can only cancel your own booking. One association, one laundry room.

Fault report (Felanmälan)
The screen “Anmäl ett fel” emails the report to the association. Add a photo, a voice note, or a short video. At least one attachment is required. Photos and voice notes are email attachments. A video that does not fit in email is sent as a time-limited link and deleted after 30 days. Not YouTube or Vimeo. The button is “Skicka till föreningen”.

Me (Jag)
On “Lägenhet och förening” you enter your name on the board, apartment number, association name, and the email that should receive fault reports. Without an apartment you cannot see the laundry board or send a report. No social feed.

The app is in Swedish. No ads. No in-app purchases.

Urgent issues such as fire, flooding, or break-in follow the association’s emergency path, not the app alone.
