Lynx Driver

Lynx Driver is the work app for taxi and ride-hailing drivers who partner with Lynx.

IMPORTANT: This app is only for professional drivers registered and approved by Lynx. If you are a passenger and want to request a ride, download the "Lynx" app. If you are not yet a partner with us, please email us at [email protected] before installing it: you will not be able to access the app without an approved account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Log on and off whenever you want. You decide your schedule.

• Receive ride offers with the NET fare upfront: the amount you see on the screen is exactly what you will be paid, with no deductions.

• See the pickup location, destination, and route on the map before accepting.

• Navigate to the customer and the destination.

• Chat with the passenger, with automatic translation into their language, or call them online without sharing your phone number. • Check your daily, weekly, and monthly earnings in real time, with a breakdown of each ride.

• Keep track of your workdays.

• Manage your bookings and upcoming scheduled rides.

• View active promotions in your area and your progress in each one.

• Airport queues by shift, with real-time flight arrivals.

FARES AND PAYMENTS

In the taxi category, Lynx applies the official approved fare for your municipality and never adds a surcharge for on-demand service.

Payments are made by bank transfer, with an invoice, according to the terms agreed upon with your fleet or group.

BACKGROUND LOCATION TRACKING

Lynx Driver collects your location, even with the app closed or running in the background, ONLY while you are connected ("online"). We use it to assign you the nearest rides, show your location to the waiting passenger, and fulfill transportation registration requirements. While active, you will always see a persistent notification in the notification bar. Tracking stops as soon as you disconnect.

Before requesting this permission, the app explains its purpose, and you can decline it.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be the holder or authorized driver of a valid taxi license or VTC (Vehicle for Hire with Driver) authorization.

• Have a driver account approved by Lynx.

• A phone with GPS and an internet connection.
