About True-Doctor: Clinic & Hospital
True-Doctor is the mobile app for clinics and hospitals that run on True-Doctor. Reception, doctors, nurses, the laboratory, the pharmacy and the cashier work from one patient record, on the web and on the phone.
RECEPTION
• Register a patient, check them in and book appointments
• Find a patient by name, phone number or patient number, or scan their patient card
DOCTORS AND NURSES
• Record vitals, complaints, diagnoses and prescriptions during the visit
• Allergies and clinical alerts shown at the top of every patient screen
• Order lab tests and scans, and read results as soon as they are released
• On the ward: the bed board, ward rounds, doses due and the shift handover
LABORATORY AND IMAGING
• See samples and studies waiting, enter results and release them
PHARMACY AND STOCK
• Work through the dispense queue
• Check stock levels, expiry dates and items running low, and run stock counts
CASHIER AND ACCOUNTS
• Take cash, mobile money, card and insurance payments
• Send receipts and invoices to patients by WhatsApp or SMS
• Follow up what patients owe and close the day's cash-up

BUILT FOR WEAK NETWORKS
Registering patients, taking vitals and writing notes keep working when the connection drops. Entries are kept on the phone and sent to the hospital's server when the network returns, without creating duplicates.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Each staff member sees only what their role allows. The app locks with a PIN after two minutes away, hides its screen in the app switcher, and keeps patient names off the lock screen in notifications. Owners and administrators can turn on two-step sign-in.
