ITKAN

ITKAN is the companion app for students, parents, and coaches in ITKAN Institute of Technology's robotics programs.

Attendance, tasks, waivers, volunteer hours, and competition rosters live in one place — so nobody is chasing spreadsheets or scrolling back through group chats to find what was decided.

FOR STUDENTS
• See your team, your subteams, and what's coming up
• File your session report at the end of each meeting
• Request an excused absence before you miss a session
• Claim tasks and track them through to done
• Sign your waivers

FOR PARENTS
• Follow every child you're linked to
• Log volunteer hours and watch your rolling 14-day total
• Request an excused absence on your child's behalf
• Countersign waivers your student has signed
• See competition dates, locations, and rosters

FOR COACHES
• Take roll call in seconds — present, absent, or excused
• Leave a note on a student's session; it reaches them and their parents
• Schedule a run of sessions across multiple dates at once
• Create tasks with photos, so what you're asking for is obvious
• Manage rosters and subteam assignments

FOR ADMINS
• Approve coaches and scope them to specific teams
• Link parents to their students
• Run attendance, task, and inactivity reports and export them as PDFs
• Manage competitions and who's on them

An ITKAN account is required to sign in. Students under 13 are set up by a parent.
