Personal profile

After you have completed an Energy Drives scan, the result will be published in the Energy Drives app. You see the complete result of the scan in the form of your personal Energy Drives profile. You can then click through on all parts and find further explanation. The insight you gain from this helps you to function better and with more pleasure. To work in such a way that you optimally use your positive energy and lose minimal negative energy.

Invitations

Have your colleagues also completed an Energy Drives scan? Then you can invite each other to share your Energy Drives profile. You can then see a summary of his or her profile from every colleague who has accepted your invitation.
Me and the other
Based on the two most dominant motives of you and of each of your colleagues, the Energy Drives app gives you tips for optimal cooperation. These tips are specifically tailored to the combination of your dominant motives and those of your colleagues. Will you consult each other? Then these tips offer you insights that can be decisive for the success of your collaboration! The Energy Drives app uses more than 1000 different tips, which are offered tailor-made.
