The Pre-assessment app is the digital tool on the construction site, with which the buyer can efficiently carry out the pre-inspection (pre-delivery) before the delivery of his home. During this preliminary assessment, the buyer can report points that require extra attention before the house is delivered. These points can be indicated per floor and room on the map and provided with a description and photos. The reports from the Voorschouw app are further processed by the contractor and, if necessary, passed on to the suppliers. The Voorschouw app is part of the Construction Quality app and is synchronized with the web application and the buyer's housing file. This contains all the necessary current information about the project and this can be followed by the parties involved.
The Voorschouw app is a module of homeDNA. Only users with a homeDNA account for the Voorschouw app can log in to the app.
