Scan by Here2Play

Turn paper documents into useful digital files with Scan by Here2Play.

Scan with your camera or import photos and PDF files. Adjust all four corners, preview the corrected page and approve it before saving.

KEEP YOUR DOCUMENTS ORGANIZED
Create folders, rename documents and find them by name or recognized text. Add, reorder, rotate or remove pages, and adjust earlier crops using the preserved original images.

RECOGNIZE AND COPY TEXT
Use on-device text recognition to copy text, search saved documents and create searchable PDFs.

EXPORT AND SHARE
Export PDF, JPEG, PNG or plain text. Choose export quality and check the prepared file size before sharing through Android.

SIMPLE AND ACCESSIBLE
No account, subscription or PDF watermark. The interface supports English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish, with dark mode and adjustable text sizes.

YOUR SCANS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE
Your document library is stored locally. Scan by Here2Play has no backend that uploads your scans. Text recognition uses Google's ML Kit on your device; its SDK may send technical diagnostics and usage statistics.

Keep important exported files somewhere safe before uninstalling. Exported PDFs preserve your documents, but do not restore editable originals or your folder structure.
