Kiakia Marketplace

Kiakia Marketplace is the official mobile app for Kiakia, a Nigeria-focused multi-vendor marketplace. Browse products, explore Direct Market classifieds, message sellers, and manage your store from your phone.

FOR BUYERS
• Browse Shop Now products and Direct Market listings
• Place orders for Shop Now items with cash on delivery (COD)
• Message sellers about products and orders
• Follow stores and profiles where available
• Watch live shopping streams when sellers are live
• Turn on push notifications for orders, bids, and messages
• View prices in your preferred display currency

FOR SELLERS
• Manage listings, orders, and your dashboard
• Upload photos and videos for products (limits depend on your plan)
• Chat with buyers and followers
• Live video and in-platform bidding are available on selected paid plans

HOW PAYMENTS WORK
Shop Now checkout uses cash on delivery. Buyers place an order in the app, then coordinate delivery and payment with the seller (often via WhatsApp). Direct Market listings may use seller contact details shown on the listing.

REQUIREMENTS
• Internet connection required for most features
• On the mobile app, some homepage content may be available offline after you have opened the app online at least once
• Camera and microphone are used only when you choose to upload media or join live video
