Dawnwell is an intermittent fasting timer built around the one thing that actually breaks a fasting habit: you forget. Start late, end late, remember it the next morning - every window stays editable, so your log ends up matching what you really did.

No sign-up, no onboarding quiz, no account. Open the app, tap once, and the countdown to your goal runs to the second - even after you close the app or restart your phone.

FIX ANY RECORD, ANY DAY
Tap a past window to change its start or end, switch fasting to eating, or delete it. Missed a whole day? Add the window straight from the calendar. The app blocks only what is genuinely wrong: overlapping windows and times in the future.

SEE WHERE YOU ARE IN THE FAST
A stage strip shows the six phases of a fast - fed, glycogen use, fat burning, ketosis, autophagy and deep fast - with the time left until the next one. Tap it for a detailed view. Informational only, not medical advice.
