SmashEZ is the first smash burger place in Bitonto, the typical American sandwiches with the characteristic "smashato" hamburger.
Our name, in fact, is the union between the word smash and the suffix "EZ", which in American slang means "easy".
The distinctive feature of the recipe used is the preparation of the hamburger: the "patty", i.e. the disc of meat, is literally crushed on the hot plate, in order to create a crunchy crust on the outside, but still keeping the inside juicy. The "caramelization" of the meat, due to the famous Maillard reaction, makes the flavor of the hamburger more intense and enveloping. Furthermore, there is no lack of attention to the bread used, even that coming from the classic American recipe of "potato rolls", sandwiches with potato dough.
The aim of our fast food is to bring something new to the city, but preserving the quality and homemade typical of our territory. The use of local raw materials, in fact, allows us to obtain a fine hamburger and a delicious sandwich.
SmashEZ is the answer for those looking for a quick but tasty meal, which allows you to travel with your taste buds while savoring an alternative dish.
