e-Lock Administrator is a management application designed for administrators whose schools have e-Lock installed. It allows you to edit the information displayed on interactive whiteboards from your phone without having to sit at a computer.

The changes you make are written to the school's cloud storage. Since the whiteboards automatically check this storage, the changes reach the whiteboards without ever opening the main program.

What you can do:

• Publish announcements/notifications — prepare text, link, image, video, PDF, and HTML announcements, attach files, and choose which classes they will appear in. • Key list — view teachers' whiteboard access keys, add new keys, and share setting codes/QR codes. • Class schedule and bell timetable — manage class and break times; define class-specific schedules. • Bell sounds — choose which sound plays with each bell. • School information — school name, address, contact information, and logos displayed on the whiteboard. • Lock screen appearance — set the theme, color, and components of the whiteboard's lock screen. • Whiteboard control — list classrooms, send commands to connected whiteboards.

Requirements

The application requires e-Lock to be installed in your school. To log in, you will be asked for the school code, the school's account email address, and the main program password; this information is held by the school administration. The application cannot be used in a school without e-Lock installed.
