To become an American Citizen, you must pass the mandatory US Naturalization Test. On the day of your exam (oral test), a USCIS officer will ask you up to 10 (or 20 if you applied for citizenship after December 1, 2020) questions of the 100 (or 128) original questions (included in this App). You will be asked, and you must answer in English. You need at least 6 (or 12) 60% correct answers to pass the US Citizenship Test.

You will be asked to write a sentence in English, and also, you will be asked to read out loud a sentence in English to demonstrate your listening, writing, and reading skills.
