If you are not yet an Aviva customer and would like to apply for a loan:

1. Find the nearest kiosk through Google Maps by searching for Aviva Financiera.
2. Visit the kiosk from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
3. Take your INE and your personal telephone number with you, it is not necessary to have a credit history.
4. At the kiosk, make a call with our video agents, who will guide you through completing the application.
