About PFT Proctor

The Presidential Fitness Test (PFT) Proctor App is the official President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition application for administering PFT events.

It enables authorized test locations and staff to efficiently capture and submit participant scores at the point of activity.

The initial phase supports PFT events for military-connected youth conducted through Department of War installations, schools, and youth programs. Future releases will expand the application’s availability to participating schools, community organizations, and youth organizations nationwide.

Participating organizations grant access based on roles and assigned events. Event assignments and participant information are managed through the PFT Administrative Portal and made available in the app only for supported events.

Key features include:
Administrative Integration – The app works with the PFT Administrative Portal to support coordinated event management, participant administration, and score collection.
Authorized Proctor Access – Access is limited to approved PFT proctors with an active account.
Event-Based Assignments – Proctors can view only the PFT events they have been assigned to support by their organization.
Mobile Score Capture – Proctors can record participant results directly from a mobile device during an active PFT event.
Controlled Data Access – Event and participant information is available only as necessary to support the proctor’s assigned event.

The PFT Proctor App provides participating organizations with a secure, streamlined way to record PFT results while maintaining role-based access to event and participant information.

This application is intended only for participating PFT organizations. A PFT proctor account and event assignment are required to use the app.
