Microinvest Hotessa is a mobile housekeeping management solution applicable for hotels, resorts, guest houses and any other types of accommodation facilities. The application is a mobile extension of Microinvest Hotel Pro hotel management software. Microinvest Hotessa enables easy monitoring and reporting of the work done by hotel housekeeping and maintenance staff. Using the mobile application, the housekeeping attendants receive real-time information about the rooms, assigned for cleaning and the type of cleaning they should do. The room is marked as cleaned with a single click and the information is automatically received at the reception. Automatic data exchange between Microinvest Hotel Pro hotel software and Hotessa provide smooth exchange of information on housekeeping tasks room status.
