MedXcribe: Medical Scribe

MedXcribe turns a clinician's spoken notes into text, entirely on the phone. There is no account, no upload and no cloud: the speech model ships inside the app, so dictation works in a basement clinic, on a ward with no signal, or on a plane.

Dictate and see the words appear:
Tap record and speak. Live captions appear as you talk, and the full transcript is ready moments after you stop.

SOAP notes without rewriting:
Open any recording as a SOAP note. MedXcribe files each sentence you dictated under Subjective, Objective, Assessment or Plan, using the cue phrases clinicians already use. Nothing is summarised or invented: every word in the note is a word you said, and a section you did not dictate is marked "Not documented".

Correct, copy, share:
Edit the transcript in place. Copy the text or the SOAP note, share it to your EHR or email, export the audio, or export subtitles as SRT or WebVTT.

Private by design:
Recordings, transcripts and notes are stored only on your device. Delete them whenever you like. The app needs an internet connection only to download and to manage your subscription through Google Play.

The free plan includes 5 recordings. Unlimited Transcription is a monthly subscription, managed through Google Play.

MedXcribe is a documentation tool for healthcare professionals and students. It does not give medical advice. Automatic transcription can make mistakes, including in drug names and doses, so review every note before it goes into a patient record.
